The room was very nice and service was excellent. Theatres and restaurants a short walk away. Good views from the terraces. Friendly and responsive staff, lots of attention to detail. The continental breakfast is excellent with lots of fresh options and a cappucino/expresso bar, far above the typical continental breakfast fair.

Like other St Germain hotels, this one has a modern ambience. The lobby is efficient and minimalist with a good quality and active bar/restaurant to the left and a library/ sitting area to the right. Stayed here for one night while in Toronto on Business. The king sized bed was beautiful and it felt like you were sleeping on a cloud.
