This is our third stay at this Best Western location. Everything was great. We were able to get our room sooner than 3pm check-in time, desk staff were courteous, and dining staff were very pleasant and kept asking to ensure we were happy with breakfast and had everything we wanted. I would definitely stay again. More

We stayed here for 4 nights in August 2011. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Very good soundproofing as well because our room was close to Hwy 401 and we did not hear any traffic noise. The location just off the 401 and Markham Road is very convenient and easy to find. Parking at the hotel is free and plentiful.... More

If you have lower expections this hotel is okay, the staff is nice and the location is good. However... if you are looking for a 'clean' room, you should probably look elsewhere.
