The room was ok, tv plug didn't work and room smelled of smoke even with a no smoking sign but there was an ashtray on the shelf? Then I noticed a sign saying please smoke on the balcony, when I asked staff if it was a non smoking for they were unsure or didn't want to respond. Shower had good... More

It’s not that the hotel is so bad it itself. The problem is that it fell so radically short of the expectations that I had from the Courtyard brand, having stayed at various around the world, and from the rate, higher than the competitors’ in the area. Carrying several credit cards and quite a lot of cash, I was shocked... More

Reasonably priced hotel in a very good central downtown location. Walking distance to Eaton Centre; University of Toronto, Bloor Street ...etc. Spacious , quiet and clean rooms... Effective valet service. Stayed with family and friends ( no children )for 10 days this May; and enjoyed the stay.

Good mid-range international style hotel. Great, central location; reasonable value; helpful staff; easy check-in; clean rooms of a reasonable size in South Tower; however windows don't open. Good, easy hotel for travel with kids. Restaurant reasonable + served good breakfasts, however Room Service should be open later- preferably 24 hours.

I don't know how many times I have had my sleep and quiet interrupted in a hotel because of kids with uncaring parents running around halls yelling, bachelorette groups whooping it up or even bikers partying but you have no such worries at this hotel. They have a zero tolerance noise in effect. And they mean zero tolerance - you... More

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel after trying to book at the Delta Chelsea online but told they were full. I found out later that the website, which I thought was the Delta's, was an online booking company. It turned out the Delta wasn't full after all and unfortunately it was too late to switch hotels. Anyway,... More

Good location in downtown Toronto staff on check in a bit cold- especially not having anyone by staffing the so-called "Elite" counter and when going to another counter mentioning that and simply shrugged off not particularly endearing

I've stayed at this hotel twice in the last month, and have visited before for meetings. The meeting space is pretty good although hardly the best I've been to. In fact, audio visual services can be inconsistent (to be fair, they farm this out to a local firm but gees). Guest rooms: South Tower - good - although the rooms... More
