The service on the front desk from Michael was outstanding, as was the service from the concierge, the 2 ladies were wonderful! The doorman! SUPER! Just returned from a six night stay at this hotel and found it to be an excellent choice. Public transportation easily accessible, but there is quite a bit to do within walking distance. A great hotel and worth the money, in the centre of Toronto. We walked to the CN Tower (buy a pass all the way up to the skypod) and the Rogers Centre. Excellent stay at the Toronto Centre IC. A peaceful and spacious hotel, with very good staff. Upgraded to a one-bedroom suite, with Club access - which was unexpected. The service and staff were very friendly. We very much enjoyed having breakfast in the restaurant and the rooms were very comfortable. The location is great - in the hub of downtown and close to the train station also for those who do not wish to drive. more

Having been in this hotel twice, both were upgraded. once was to the top floor suite, the other was the 2 floors suite. this time there was no hot water in the morning, and the manager came and escorted us to another room to have shower let us stay 2 rooms till u left. great breafast, good location, just blocks... more
