Can't beat the price, it's true. The location is okay, in a dead-end little street, just two blocks from the metro. We were warmly welcomed by emre and his colleague, very friendly and open for all kinds of conversations. You can make your own breakfast any time, and emre's colleague was always present. The desktop computer was also available for... More

JacoB22 B&B, where I've now stayed numerous times, has a laid back energy that will suit globetrotters. The heritage house in Toronto's Gay Village is centrally located. The friendly and relaxed Emre Yurga has taken a self-serve approach to the bed-and-breakfast formula; a stocked fridge and cupboards combine with a comfortable kitchen and dining room to create more freedom and... I stayed in the New York Room and it was quiet nice, although there were cobwebs in the corners of the room and the towels didn't look great, but despite that overall it was fine. The owners on the other hand were incredible!!! Emre and Christine went out of there way to help me ammend a situation with my credit... More

This is a hidden gem! Having never been to Toronto before and having no idea of the areas to stay, and being quite shocked by the prices of Toronto accommodation, we stumbled across Jacob 22 on hostelbookers. Definitely a stroke of luck! It's a lovely B and B, very personally decorated, with spacious rooms, a cosy communal area. Breakfast is... More

This was probably the best B&B/hostel that I have ever stayed at. The place is beautifully designed, the rooms are lovely with lots of character and the free wifi access and TV were very useful. Its also excellent value for Toronto and close to lots of bars and restaurants. Good choice of breakfast and Emre (the guy who runs the... More

This B&B was dirty, the room was dirty, the sheets and towels weren't changed so they were dirty too; breakfast was light and nobody was there you had to make your own breakfast. We do not recommand this B&B !! More

It was our first experience in Toronto : Emre and Christina received us warmly and friendly. They offered us a service we will never forget: help to reach the location, very pleasant breakfasts, comfortable rooms, suggestions to discover Toronto. It is difficult to state on what we best liked because everything was "first class". More

My spouse and I very much enjoyed our stay at this B&B. The host Emre is very friendly and easy going. Rooms are clean, quiet and cozy, breakfast is good, and everything to reasonable prices. The B&B is very well located in the center of the city. There are lots of nice restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance and... More
