We hosted an International Women’s Day Party here on March 8th, and from the get go everything was amazing. Staff was very attentive to our needs, keeping good communication all throughout and allowing us to check in with the space and meet multiple times before the event. The chef was amazing, going to any lengths to meet our menu and even creating a gorgeous peach dessert to go with our colour theme. Servers were attentive and kind all throughout the service. The staff even wore colours to match our theme which was a very thoughtful detail! The food was amazing with many of the guests saying this was one of the better catering options in the city! We can’t wait to host future events at this amazing venue, and will definitely be telling our friends and colleagues to use this space.

What a beautiful hotel. Our overnight stay was fantastic. Room was spacious, but lighting isn't that great, but check-in was very easy. Underground parking lot is a bit confusing as signage needs improving. We were disappointed that the restaurant was closed for renovations and we told if we walked to any restaurants not to talk to anyone lol. Decided to stay in room and eat junk food for supper.

Amazing stay at the Radisson Hotel Sudbury this last weekend. The check-in was smooth and to my surprise i got free hot breakfast and parking. The room was clean, spacious and equipped with modern facilities, as exactly what i want on a business trip. The restaurant at the lobby level was cozy and the food was amazing. The staff at the hotel was courteous. well trained and spontaneous. The indoor pool was hot and clean and is quite big enough. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend everyone to stay at Radisson Sudbury whenever you are in Sudbury.

I read some awful reviews for this hotel after I had booked and honestly I almost cancelled my reservation because of them. I'm so glad I didn't; the hotel was wonderful, it was clean and the staff was accommodating, I could see some patrons having issues with the underground parking but my grandchildren thought is was exciting. The pool was warm and clean with plenty of towels and the breakfast that was included had a good variety that included eggs sausage and delicious blueberry muffins.

It is a bit confusing where to park at first, but when we checked in, the young man at the front desk was able to make our day as we could see our truck from our room. The best surprise was when we got to our room, there was a personal Thank You card on the desk. Hand written!! Even our Florida Holiday Inn Vacation Resort doesn't do that!! We met the manager later in the day, he was so friendly. The staff were equally helpful and friendly. And it was no act, as the next 2 days were the same. The manager was out and about, talking to guests and staff alike. I even asked the staff if he was always so nice, and they couldn't say enough good things about him. You can sure tell how good a person is if his staff think highly about their boss. As far as the room, it was a huge room with 2 queen beds! The hallways were also spacious, which gave away the age of the hotel (built in the 60's, but updated nicely). The bathroom could have been bigger but that would be a waste as no one rents a room to sit in the bathroom all day. There was a huge pool. Sadly the hot tub was repurposed. But the free buffet breakfast was amazing! It was in a full size restaurant with glass tableware, glasses and real utensils. None of this cardboard stuff like most hotels. The coffee and juices were real, real eggs, potatoes and bacon. And a real cook, not just a micro wave. We felt like actual people! The hotel was connected to a shopping mall and a cinema, so we just had to take an elevator to watch a movie in reclining seats! The same company owns the Super 8 in Sudbury, but it is terrible!! And the Radisson is only a few dollars more and smack in the middle of the city. Honestly, we chose the Radisson because we used to stay there when our kids were young because of the pool, but now, it is all about our comfort and convenience and we will surely go back.

Booked through Priceline for a room at the Radisson in Sudbury, Ontario on October 28th, 2023. I ended up paying Priceline for the room and the hotel billed me for the room. I’ve spent two days trying to get refunded so I don’t double pay for room …with no luck. The hotel was too busy to deal with the issue and I was told to call back in 10 minutes. I then contacted Priceline and basically they told me there was a problem with their credit card and that is why I got billed by Radisson. Priceline said they fixed the issue and I would get a refund from the hotel. I waited for three days and called the hotel back and requested to talk to the supervisor. I was told the hotel systems were down so the manger was not working that day but they would give her the message when she called in at 2:00pm. I did not receive a call back. Lessons learned: I would never stay at a Radisson Hotel again and I will never use Priceline again! I will never use automatic check out again.

We were so shocked to be the guest of the day and be upgraded to a king suite with a jacuzzi. Had we known this room was here, we'd have booked it for this stay. What a surprise! Excellent check in, room was clean, well appointed and spacious. The bed is super comfortable, and an added perk was having 2 washrooms in the suite. Highly recommend!

I would NOT stay here again! Firstly there is very limited parking spaces in front of the hotel, so you need to pull up in front just to check in. Then they give you a parking pass for the mall outdoor parking garage. Which is then a far and confusing walk back to the hotel, carrying all your bags! They should be advertising that they dont have parking directly on site, as walking alone in the parking garage at night, is not something I wanted to do and would have not booked this hotel if I knew. Then I go into my room, and the toilet is making noises. I had to open the lid of the toilet and fix it myself. Once it was time for check out, I had to walk to the lobby to check out and return my keys but then walk all the way back upstairs to get to the mall parking lot, all with my luggage and bags! Finally, I did not receive a copy of my receipt and thought it would be emailed to me but I never received a copy. I then called for the receipt so that I could expense it through work, and I they told me it would take some time to receive. I would never stay at the Radisson again!
