The Delta Ottawa Hotel and Suites is in a perfect location -- a short walk down to the Supreme Court or over to Parliament, close enough to Sparks Street or up Bank. Much better location than either of the other "suites" hotels. So good on them for location.
But otherwise, this is a hotel that is desperate for a renovation....
