Outstanding service and hospitality. We were celebrating a speacial day and their recognition of the event was sincere, and greatly appreciated. Rooms are spacious, super clean and very ++ comfortable. You cannot go wrong with this place! We'll see you again soon! Frank & Tiz

This 12 year old house was specifically built as a B&B and the layout seems just right. We had a wonderful weekend seeing friends while at Niagara on the Lake and staying at Viv's Front Porch just made it better. We all stayed at Viv's and it felt as if we were at our home away from home. The food was fabulous and beyond words

Viv and Les are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They have mastered the art of ensuring guests feel welcome and provisioned, while allowing sufficient privacy that we truly felt their home was ours for the weekend. “Cosy and warm”

Spent 1 night and throughly enjoyed our stay in this clean, homey, comfortable B&B. Vi & Les were very friendly and the gourmet breakfast served was superb, great cooks. I would highly recommend anyone to make a stop and spend the night or 2 at Vi's.

Most amazing breakfast you will ever taste. This chef owned b&b is likely the best stay we've had abroad, and our first in Canada. This place sets the bar high for b&b's everywhere, and its unlikely to be toped by anyone.

We came to Viv's Front Porch via the excellent reviews on tripadvisor, booking a last-minute weekend getaway to the Niagara region. We had a wonderful time.
