Its cheap. You get what you pay for, and I recommend paying more and staying elsewhere. Its really only suitable for backpackers. carrying luggage up three floors if not good and when you get there, you wish you hadn't.

We stayed at the Inn By The Falls for a couple of nights. it was an off-season stay, so the town was not crowded, and we had a very good time. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, with spacious rooms and convenient facilities. The service was also very good. Great catch for the budget!
