Had a wonderful stay until it was time to check out on Sunday. We we forced to valet park our car and when we wanted to pick up the car to check out we had to wait 50 minutes. Ridiculous. Pay $20 and have to wait that long. Not acceptable. more

Was really looking forward to the amazing hotel from the web pictures. Upon arrival, we have a nice gentlemen directing us to the check in counter while he valet our car. Just returned from a very short staff, and from our experiance it appeared to be a good spot. Stayed in a north tower fireplace/jacuzzi suite. Very roomy, very nicely laid out.
