We showed up for check in at 4pm and were told that our rooms were not ready, at 4:30 they said the same thing. Finally at about 5pm they said our rooms were ready. I was very disappointed with the rooms .. There were brown spots on the ceiling that indicated water damage. There were stains on the bedspread too. Managagement was not accommodating when it came to the needs of our group. So I don't think I would recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

We stayed twice before the renovations. First time was a good deal and was fine. We have family in Niagara Falls and have stayed in many of the area hotels when visitng.
