I booked a honeymoon suite with a scenic view of the falls but the windows were so dirty that i wouldnt call it much of a view. The heart shaped tub couldnt hold water due to the fact the tub stopper was ineffective at stopping water. more

Bad carpet service, bad room service. need to pay parking, the room is not ready until the 4 pm or more and in really bad shape, the deal with the breakfast and the dinner, never take that. so expensive, you receive a discount card for both, never for the price that you see at the webpage. Hotel is not clean. Pool area and hot tub are ill kept. Towels are scratchy, Carpets in guest room was sticky (keep your socks on). Extra fees for breakfast was paid before we arrived but hotel staff said it only covers two people (we had 4 kids and 2 adults so had to pay almost $10.00 per head for 4)... more

Good price but not worth it. Asked for non smoking room. Smoke smell so strong it knocked me over. Smell of cheap air freshner thruout hotel. We checked in yesterday for the Sunday to Monday long weekend (August Civic Holiday) and our check in went smoothly. Parking is cheap compared to other places in the Falls - it's under $10. Great location! And thats really all that appealed to us. First off - parking was a DISASTER. We arrived, granted, a bit late. However, the layout for the lot is just insane. Some aisles are huge, while others have no space for a car to back out of. 3 open spots. Completely rediculous. The hotel staff was nice and friendly.... more

This was the dirtiest place I ever stayed! I would never go back to Niagara Falls if I had to stay there. We could also here the people in the room next door to us like they were in our room. more
