Honestly this place makes Motel 6 look good. Best thing I can say - we have found no rodents or huge insects so far. How the place even was rated 2 stars is beyond me. I am a road warrior, so I have been in a lot of hotels, this one makes the bottom of the list.

The location is great, ~15 min walking distance to Niagara falls and yet very quiet (the Clifton Hill area next to the falls is very lively even at midnight especially during weekend, so it's nice that this place is a few steps away from that center). Price is reasonable. Room is clean and service is good.
