Stayed here over the fourth of July weekend. The rooms are very clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfasts were always hearty and good. The inn is located about a mile away from the falls itself. We walked there everyday without a problem. We actually preferred the location because anywhere close to the falls is a zoo.
