Great accommodations. Rooms were clean and tidy. The food in restaurant was great. Staff were friendly and always helpful. My only complaint is that the internet access was extremely slow. Couldn't ask for better service.

Location is prime for business trips; price is also very reasonable. Rooms still have heavy smoke smell (not renovated since becoming smoke-free); lobby bar/restaurant has limited hours, with not much else near hotel to compensate.

had a very nice stay, the team was very helpful. They gave me good advices and could answer all my questions. I noticed that the machines in the fitness center are quite old and could be replaced. The breakfast was nice and cooker was nice as well. Nice rooms

Really nice, very clean rooms. Rooms need a little updating like they have done in the lobby but they do have all the technology amenities you need for business. Was there for business and using the Hershey centre so the location was great. The fitness centre is clean but too small and only 3 runners and some free weights.

Had to check in here in an emergency due to weather. Nothing breath taking like I said. Sheets were clean,shower was clean, nothing to complain about. They had complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. Breakfast was around $12 if you wanted it. There was no charge for parking and they have a big parking lot. Location is great... More
