“Don't be fooled by a pretty lobby”

As experienced world travellers we have stayed in many hotels, this experience was not acceptable. There were a number of smaller annoyances but the check out experience was the icing on the cake. “Poor parking structure”

The room was ok for just staying at night, but room service was poor and parking structure area was too conjusted and had very little space to park my car and had to pay extra Bucks. Not going again to this hotel.

“BAD EXPERIENCE DURING MARATHON WEEKEND”

I actually didn't even stayed at the hotel. After visiting my room, we actually quickly went back down and ask for the, to cancel my reservation. It was that bad...... After 30 min conversation they finally agreed to cancel my reservation.... NEVER AGAIN.

“Average hotel”

Wifi was free. A big plus for us. I have heard that they have renovated some floors of the hotel. We weren't on those floors. The hotel room was average, kind of motel like, but I guess they will be renovating more floors as time goes on. When that does happen, I'm sure it will be much better. Can't complain... More

“Average stay”

Stayed here due to a dance competition I the area. The beds are doubles, and the trash can in room could be a bit bigger. Girls had fun burning energy off in the pool. For the price we paid per night it was alright for what we needed.

Check in was smooth & quick.Staff were polite and helpful.Pool area was well maintained-those are the only positives of this property.Upon entering our room there was a decidedly heavy chemical cleaning smell.
