Stayed here a few times in the last year. Nice renovations. The last time, the cleaning people did a poor job of cleaning the room before my arrival. I found a box of donuts from 2 weeks prior (had a date stamp on them) in a cupboard. More

Hotel is located in a remote area that's far from airport and city center. However, the room is quite nicely equipped with everything you need. The room has separate living area which makes it feel quite cozy and spacious. Quiet during the week, but very noisy on a Friday evening - sounds like there was a party going on downstairs.... More

Had a fairly good time there, was kind of fancy looking but a bit tacky on some things. One problem was that there was a strange smell in the entire hotel, from lobby to room... We stayed at this hotel twice in 2011. Once was in a jacuzzi suite, the second time was in a deluxe suite. Both times we were incredibly satisfied with what we had for rooms. My partner and I enjoyed the rustic, roman/greek theme with mohogany furniture. All this had a modern touch with great lcd tv's, ipod docks and jacuzzi.... More

In my opinion, this hotel is incredibly overdone in terms of decor. It seems no expense was spared in decorating. There is not any bare wall space in the suite. This hotel is full of contradictions. The exterior (statuary, gardens, lighting) is poorly maintained - but the interior is immaculately clean and orderly. The interior design is over-the-top (wood trim, gilding, glass, lighting) but often poorly implemented (plastic 'wood' and 'glass', poor room lighting design). I was overnight here at the hotel for a quick stop over...staff were sooo friendly and very helpful. The room was huge and a great price !! I would definitely stay here again! Some areas of the room were a bit dusty however the bathroom was spotless and the bedroom area. I did wait quite along time in the lounge... More
