The hotel is dated but the rooms are huge. Staff was OK The cold buffet in morning could have some more cereal to pick from or another type of muffin other than just the one. Maybe it was just he day. I think I am biased as my daughter broke her collar bone while we were there and no one... more

Have been visiting London every year for many years. Usually stay at the Airport Inn. Great service, rooms and breakfast. Easy to get to. Convenient to where we want to go. 4 stars. more
