This hotel is right beside all the action in downtown Kingston. You can walk to everything. The rooms are clean and updated with nice views of the waterfront and marina. Prime spot that is close to great restaurants and other sites. Its Easy to catch a cruise from this location because its only a 2 minute walk. The Rooms have... More

This place is close to downtown Kingston, which is a nice place to visit itself. As to its view, it is of course very good. It is surprising that Kingston has not really developed much 'upscale' accomodation or dining e.g. true 5-star restaurant, spa, etc given its good location. Maybe a business opportunity? Certainly a comfortable place to stay, but... More

we were 4 adults in two rooms booked on a discount hotel website for 110.00 per room. I was concerned that we would not get rooms close together, but no problem, we had two rooms next to each other on the second floor. The rooms were ready by 3pm as promised, and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and... More

The Raddison Kingston Harbourfront was amazing. My girlfriend and I went for May long weekend. The service was great. Staff at the front desk were very nice and courteous. The only issue was parking. The parking lot was under construction and the restaurant was rather popular, which made finding a spot difficult. Besides that one issue, the service was great,... More

The location was unbeatable - I was able to reach everything on foot during my stay. I didn't like that the pedestrian exit was through the car park though. The room and beds were very comfortable and clean. The walls are thin - I could hear other patrons sneezing and babies crying - but not so thin that conversations could... More

We stayed here for one night as my daughter was competing in a tournament. We checked in early and there was no problem. There was fresh cookies and apples at the desk, which was a nice touch. The staff was very pleasant. We were fortunate to stay on the 4th floor, which overlooked Lake Ontario. Normally I don't have a... More

Thank you for sharing your comments and photos. I’m delighted to hear that you had a pleasant stay and that you’re looking forward to visiting again. We are a boutique style hotel so our property isn’t huge, but we’ve got some really unique features and lots of character. I hope your daughter had a successful tournament! More

I had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel in May 2012. The hotel is clean but dated. The rooms are again clean but dated. Not to ally sound-proofed either. Spectacular view of Wolfe Island, the ferry, and the Royal Military College. A beautiful run along the waterfront. The highlight is dinner at the restaurant Aqua Terre. Excellent menu,... More

Our restaurant, AquaTerra, is certainly one of the finest restaurants in Kingston and I’m glad you had the opportunity to enjoy it. If you decide to stay and dine with us again, and we hope you will, be sure to enquire about our packages that include a hotel stay with a credit to our restaurant. Thank you for your comments. More

Not much to say. It's nice, the rooms are clean, the gym is not good at all, didn't try the restaurant. Kingston itself is a boring little town, so that doesn't help the hotel much. More

Thank you for your review. It’s good to hear that you found our hotel nice and clean. In case business brings you back to Kingston again, I’d like to mention that we do have a partnership with the Goodlife gym located just a few blocks away. Our guests may use their vast facilities for free. Hope to see you again! More

We spent a weekend at this hotel and stayed only one night with our 2 kids. I booked the room from their web site. They gave us a very nice room at the end of the corridor (room 333). Room was quite big, view was breathtaking and in the evening we enjoyed watching the “supermoon”. Although the hotel was a... More

Thank you for your comments. I’m very pleased that you and your family had an enjoyable stay with us this past weekend. The supermoon was quite impressive and I’m sure it looked even more beautiful out over the lake. We do try to notify all of our guests about Sunday morning breakfast hours so I’m sorry that you were missed.... More

My mother and i stayed here in Jan for 3 nights while my father was having a triple bypass. We got a suite so that we didn't need to eat out, the little kitchen was very handy and they brought us the dishes we needed. Plates, bowls, glasses etc.. There were no pot or pans. The room was a nice... More

Thank you for sharing your experience at our hotel. I’m glad to hear that the kitchenette in your suite suited your needs and that you were able to enjoy the view.
