We had a bad experience upon check in at this hotel, which formed our opinion for our whole week's stay and we reviewed immediately. After seeing the review the hotel manager contacted us and completely resolved the issue in a way which shows that they really do care about customer service and making sure their guests have a pleasant stay....

When I got there they offered me a smoking room whereas I had non-smoking room reservation and the receptionist lady was so rude. She even did not try to help or take a responsibility.
