We had to deal with a blocked bathroom sink, which was not fixed (completely ignored, actually) during our two day stay. Also the toilet was blocked. We also did not get any room cleaning service, fresh towels, etc. on Saturday. All of the above was pretty disappointing, because these were just basic services not provided.
