“One of the best BestWesterns”

I stay at BestWesterns primarily and this is one of the better ones. From the walk through the front foyer which is welcoming and inviting while your welcomed by the front desk staff. My room was great, very nice interior, comfortable beds, and a great hot tub, couldn't ask for better.

“Second visit, still great”

This was our second time staying at the Best Western Plus. It is a good value option for our family of four. If you book the double queen bed suite it provides you with another area to watch tv or read when the kids are asleep. I did book from Agoda and they supplied a picture of the suite room... More

“Short stay but fine”

This was a short stay....One evening. It was fine other then the noisy heating system that woke us up a few times throughout the night. Free breakfast was nice even though the room it was served in was a bit odd. Overall, it was an ok stay...

Nice hotel very clean,free hot breakfast,pool/hottub also easy access to QEW Toronto/Niagara Falls,would easily choose this hotel next time were in Burlington for a extended stay, thanks to all the friendly staff..

Found pop corn underneath a chair in the room - Yikes! Other than room cleanliness, this modern hotel is all that you should expect from the Best Western chain. Friday afternoon pizza for the many hockey teams staying at the hotel was a nice touch!
