Although I am usually saddened when I see properties leaving a specific chain (which sometimes mean having to find a new location when staying in a specific town), this won't be the case with the Delta Sydney.

Stayed here for work - the hotel felt clean, but very dated.
The linens were "frumpy" - they were using king sized linens on a double bed; it looked ridiculous.
No real amenities to speak of for a business traveller.

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Walls are thin - could hear my co-worker peeing in the next room (thank God that was all she did) and could hear a screatching noice for about 20 minutes during the night (eventually it struck me it was a squeaking bed). Restaurant makes great food also.
