Older Staff are lazy looking and no nothing of the business . There were lower standards 30 years ago unlike today. Retrain these staff or out with the old and in with the new. Staff hanging around front entrance smoking and swearing remind me of a shopping mall , not a hotel . Uniforms? More

Stayed here the night before taking the ferry to Newfoundland. Nice, quiet room, refrigerator and microwave in the room were great, as I try to bring microwave meals from home to save money traveling. Excellent restaurant within the hotel for those who have a little extra time before heading to the North Sydney ferry docks, recommend it! More

This DEFINITLEY is not the best choice for value. dingy room, stains in halls, pool not maintained - not enough chlorine and filter not working, clumps of hair floating around, had to get out. receptionists boy friend was a permanent fixture in the lobby (and other friends) very unprofessional. More
