My job requires that I travel all over South West Nova Scotia, and this is THE ONLY place I stay; during the winter months when the Inn is closed, I'd rather drive 4+ hours in a day to get back home for the night rather than stay anywhere else. The Queen Anne Inn is exceptionally clean, breakfast and evening meals... More

I have stayed at the Queen Anne numerous times. Greg and Julie always make me feel at home. The hospitality and excellent food are top notch. I have stayed in most of the rooms over the years and they are all good in their own way. I will be staying there again this summer as you feel part of the... More

If you want to stay in a haunted house this is for you. Large creepy rooms in a property built c. 1865 and looks it. This is a B&B which may be popular with many tourists ans the proprietor is very friendly but some may feel eccentric. Breakfast is good and changes daily as you get what the owner decides... More

Only stayed for one night, but plan to return and stay longer. The breakfast was amazing. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel at home. It was quite apparent that the house and grounds were well cared for. Pictures don't do this place justice - you have to experience it. Great destination... More

I am gluten-free. Not only were Julie and Greg willing to accommodate this, they made fresh banana bread for me, a yogourt parfait minus the granola (but with extra fruit) and even offered to whip up a batch of gluten-free waffles if that was what I wanted to eat. A gorgeous property, super comfortable room, delicious food. I only wish... More

We stayed at the Queen Anne Inn in October of 2012. This is the second time we have stayed there and we love it! It is like taking a little trip into the past and for a time you can experience what it must of been like to live in such a grand house. The rooms are large and beautifully... More

It lives up to its historical classification and beauty and comfort. No one would expect such beautiful antiques, grounds, suites and history bundled into one package. All topped off with great cuisine from Greg with Julie's assistance. Great couple who would be our close personal friends if closer to us.

The care and attention with regard to the properties maintenance was of a rare high standard. My wife and I felt at home and felt that Julie and Greg were genuinly happy, to provide us with the best possible experience we could enjoy. It is by far of all the places we spent on are trip, the best value for money... Julie and Greg were very acommodating about my Gluten Free diet. They made me GF treats for breakfast and served them with aplomb. The house itself is in an ideal location for exploring Annapolis Royal and is decorated to make you feel that you have arrived in the heyday of this quaint town. The contrast between period decor and the... More
