The staff at the hotel provided great service. Kudos to GM Katherine (who went above and beyond driving a forgotten charger out to the airport for me), Sean and Jessica. This is a great hotel if you are looking for a kitchenette to do your own meals versus ordering room service / hitting a restaurant for all meals. The walk... More

Only spent one night here but it was excellent. Our suite was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff went above and beyond for us. Free Continental breakfast was fresh and well laid out. Only downfall was not close to shopping and entertainment but maybe that is why it was so quiet.

We spent five nights at the Coast Fraser Tower and are all very satisfied with our stay. Our 2 bedroom suite had a large living room and spacious bedrooms. The kitchen and bathroom are small but adequate. Equipment in the kitchen is minimal but the toaster, microwave, kettle, oven and fridge were all clean and in good working order. All... More

Guest staying at this hotel should check out at noon, right on the dot! Otherwise, front desk will come see you at the door with the maintenance crew. They might even break down the door and kick you out. While I will not rate my general experience as bad, but I feel the incident on my check out day negatively... More

I checked in late on 5th March for 5 nights. I had asked for a North facing high room. They put me on the 13th floor with a North Easterly view. Great ! I had several aurora viewing trips planned and came back after 2am each night. See other reviews for my trips. Free breakfast was ok but I normally... More

My husband and I just left Yellowknife yesterday after a week there to see the aurora borealis. We stayed at the Coast Fraser Tower in a one-bedroom suite with a kitchenette, lots of room, and great views of parts of town and Great Slave Lake, which is now covered in ice. Our room was spacious, the king bed was very... More

I recently stayed at the Coast Fraser for my first business trip to Yellowknife as the hotel our company usually uses, was full. I am so glad that this was our choice. Located in a residential area, the hotel is a converted apartment tower and so the rooms are very spacious, clean, secure and comfortable. This was one of the... More

The Coast Frasier Tower in Yellowknife provided exactly what we needed for our trip to view the aurora. The best thing about this hotel was our two bedroom suite. It was very roomy, and we did not feel at all crowded with our two teenage daughters, and piles of cold weather gear. The furnishings were tasteful, although basic. The kitchenette... More

I recently spent four nights at this hotel. The room was very large, a small apartment really. Fully equiped kitchen which was very handy. Bed was very comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean. It's a busy place, but quiet at night. The location is good, an easy walk to downtown, but in a quiet, safe residential area. The gym has... More

We recently stayed at this hotel for three nights. Our room was very very spacious, more like an apartment than a hotel room, spotlessly clean and really comfy bed.
