Stayed 5 nights over 3 visits since Sept 09. Beautiful king sized beds, double jacuzzis and great staff. Lots of parking and only a 15 minute stroll downtown or less than 5 minutes or $8 in a cab. We arrvied in St Johns after a long drive and tried to book a hotel at the tourism office. They called a number of hotels and we were offered "special deals" of $350 per night for a queen! We stayed at the Spa for a city weeknight getaway. The suites are very spacious but there was no blow dryer in the room and it didn't not feel like a Canada Select 5 star rated property.
