The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The room was large and well appointed. We returned for a second stay as it was so relaxing.

I have stayed at the Carriage House Inn on many occasions. I am always pleased with the friendly and accomodating service, the personal touch of innkeepers Steve and Kathy Saunders, and the fabulous made-to-order hot breakfast. Steve's Carriage House eggs and his pancakes are award-winning (in my book)! The communal breakfast table is a great place to meet new friends...

interesting history behind the building, nice owners, perfect location surrounded by other hertitage homes and within walking distance to downtown attractions. Generous breakfast. Only negative: coffee was terrible!

This b&b has a good location, within walking distance to the centre. We had a pleasant room on the second floor, spacious, free local calls, shower only in the ensuite. Breakfast was to order, and you will probably meet other guests then. Hosts and staff are friendly.

Our family stayed at this B&B 3 nights during June 2011. One night going to Newfoundland and 2 nights on the return trip. The town is a wonderful place to visit and the Inn is the place to be. It is attractive, clean, has a wonderful breakfast, and interesting guests.

I had a very restful yet productive two-night stay here during a recent business trip to Fredericton. A colleague referred me to this charming place, which by happy coincidence was very near to where I had my next-day's meeting. It's a lovely old converted heritage mansion, very homey and filled with paintings from celebrated local artists Bruno and Molly Bobak,...

The breakfast was served in the formal dining area and was excellent and the hosts were gracious. The...

This was our third delightful stay at the Carriage House Inn. Steve and Kathy are incredibly gracious hosts. The accommodations are elegant but comfortable. Location is perfect...close to downtown and the University, but in a quiet residential neighborhood.

We stayed here one night on the way through New Brunswick and were thoroughly impressed. Only a short 10 minute walk into the historic district of town and all the activities.
This place is a large, sprawling old house that is well maintained and furnished with beautiful artifacts and discretion. Everywhere you look is something to take your attention.

We only stayed there for one night, but the Carriage House thourouly impressed us.
It's a grand old house, tastefully decorated with antique furnishing. The location is perfect: close enough to the city center to walk there easily, but far enough from the main roads to be quiet. Our room was comfortable and roomy, the bathroom clean and bright.
