Just overall dissapointment. I have come to associate the "fairmont" chain with certain degree of quality and look. This is not the case in Winnipeg, its a very tired hotel with sub-par rooms rights out of the late 70's. NOT RECOMMENDED if you are looking for what you are used toin the rest of the "Fairmont" chain. more

Our stay at the Fairmont Winnipeg was wonderful. The elaborate breakfast buffet on Gold, with the very personable staff made our trip there during some bad weather much much better. Very good and personalised service for Fairmont Gold. Pool and health club weren't busy, thus providing a nice and relaxing atmosphere.
