After travelling through very stormy weather for quite a distance, finding a room, feeling very tired, we booked in at the ROYAL OAK, thinking wow, what a nice hotel. What a mistake! Our sleep was disrupted from approximately 2:30 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. We were awakened by noisy guests...banging on the doors, fighting and yelling the halls...what a night!!! I... more

My new employer booked me in here for 2 nights, it has been a long time since i had been to brandon so i was a little concerned about how the royal oak had been maintained. This is an almost great hotel, but there are some serious issues which have to be dealt with before I would consider ranking it with 4 or 5 stars. First, the check in process. Everything about the Royal Oak in Brandon is fantastic! Exceptionally clean rooms, amazing pool and waterslide, and pool-side brunch served...what more could you ask for? Staying here was well worth every penny! more

Amazing service, wonderful friendly people, cleanliness unparallelled. Room guarantee is the best I've ever seen. Free full breakfast in diningroom. Close to anything you want to do in Brandon. Front desk staff was outstanding. more
