This is the perfect hotel for a business trip. The rooms are nice and very clean, free Internet, good free breakfast in the morning and the hotel staff is super friendly. Great location and probably the best place to stay in Vernon, British Columbia.

Check in was very good. A gift for a gold member was either mispaced or forgotten! Room was clean. Breakfast was standard HIE fare..........good nothing great!! Location is very good. Restaurants and shopping close by. Looking for something to differentiatge this HIE from he many others I have stayed at.......nothing outstanding!!

Friendly staff usual Holiday Inn Express NO SURPRISES good nights sleep usual Express breakfast. The only think I could add as seeing it's BC fruit country. I was disappointed they didn't have a bowl of fresh BC fruit displayed. Nice pool and hot tub plus workout gym.
