Lovely old building in a quiet location yet well placed just a few minutes walk from the Waterfront and Victoria's main attractions and restaurants. Ground floor room was spacious with a superb en suite bathroom. Nice guest lounge area adjoining breakfast room. Excellent varied breakfasts. More than we anticipated for the week we were there. We had a conference and an anniversary to attend, and Gavin was more than accommodating to help us to find our way around.
