After some initial confusion/stress with check-in (they had no record of our Expedia reservation), their wonderful manager, Julian (?), quickly got us a Concierge room at the same honored rate. We were on the 11th floor and the rate included a lovely breakfast as well as afternoon wine and h'orsdoeuvres. The room was luxurious and always made up in a timely fashion.
