Can't believe that a place like this stays in business. Our room was booked by friends that live nearby, when we arrived, we were given a different room that was disgusting, terrible, abominable, etc..... This place was recommended by the Rough Guide as an alternative to the Sylvia Hotel which is nearby. The location is good, very near to the beach and Stanely Park, but the place is awful.
