This would make our 4th time staying here. We've always loved it in the past. It had been about 3 years since our last visit. Unfortunately it appears things have slipped quite a bit since our last visit and was a bit disappointing. We were on the tail end of a trip and just there for one night so the... More

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review us. I was disappointed to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. I would like to apologize for the discomfort you have experienced in regards to your room. I can promise you that this does not represent the usual high level of service we work hard to provide... We stayed here for 6 days, excellent value. Good kitchen and bathroom. Sofabed ok although it was in the lounge. Bedroom v comfortable. We were on 21st floor and had amazing views - both in the dyatime and at night. The Davie area has plenty going on - 24 hr shops, good restauarnts. Also handy to walk to false Creek... More

& on top of that...the view!!! we stayed on the 20th floor city side so it wasn't too noisy. & the view was amazing! the sofa bed was a loveseat so a little small & the washer/dryer combo took forever & the clothes came out wrinkly. but...it was like our little home for 7 nights. thank you sandman for a... This was our fourth or fifth stay at the Sandman Suites on Davie and we had a very enjoyable time again. The rooms are relatively small, especially the bathroom, but the compensation of excellent views and really helpful staff make up for that, and more. The rooms have well-equipped kitchens, and also a machine machine / dryer which makes our... More

Just had a three night stay at Sandman suites.... although it was a bit noisy (I was there over St. Patty's weekend), the hotel was great. Room was very spacious and front desk staff were very helpful. I was given a complimentary upgrade with a wonderful view of the sea and mountains... Location was great. Easily walkable to many nearby... More

The so called suites are really miniscule one bedroom apartments with a kitchen and washer/dryer thing. They have done their best to make the lobby look hip and inviting but the room fixtures, uncomfortable furnishings, ventilation etc. are really pretty tired and shabby and frankly kind of smelly. One gets the feeling the staff know they are working in a... More

If your standards are high and your budget is low then this is the hotel for you. I found this hotel way more than I expected for the price. If people watching and hussle and bussle is one of your likes - this is the place with a European feel. If you want a very quick stay and access to... More

The kitchen was nice to have, especially for someone with dietary concerns, though there was lots of different food options just downstairs including a fruit stand and Cobs breads. There was an in suite laundry, very helpful to have even if it was kind of annoying to use (locks for 10 minutes after cycle, 4 hr average cycle). The bedroom... More

We stayed here five nights from January 7 to 11th while waiting to take possession of our new home. For a few days we wanted the convenience of a fully-outfitted suite complete with kitchen and laundry. We occupied a one bedroom king suite on the 20th floor. It came complete with four burner range, frost free refrigerator, a 24" dishwasher,... More
