Stayed couple of nights in January 2011. Comfortable double room, clean, spacious, with a little nice kitchen and also a view of downtown. The only problem I found was the noise you could hear from the renovation works. Overall a good choice More

Recently stayed at the reburbised (ing) Cascadia July 2011. Great location close to Down Town and close enough to walk to the water front. Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Somewhat noisy due to the air/fan system difficult to control. Excellent breakfast. Loved that you could open the windows, in that kind of building.
