This is one of the best boutique hotel I've stayed in. Quality rooms, comfortable beds (hard to get out of bed), very clean, our breakfast was included (a really good breakfast!), free internet, and the service was second to none. Great location, very clean, good breakfast. But the beds were extremely uncomfortable. My back was killing after the first night, were there for three. My wife had same issue. And we're only 34 years old..... lol. Anyway, nice hotel, great staff, all of them very very friendly and helpful. more

The rooms are extremely noisy fronting two very busy streets. To be moved to a slightly quieter room will cost you extra. The beds are extremely uncomfortable with plastic covers overthe mattress. The location is good and the breakfast great. Staff were very friendly but overall would not stay here again. more

Incredibly helpful staff , but not "in your face" Room was quiet, restful decor, bathroom was spotlessly clean. Handy location for Sky Train and bus service. Lots of choices at the buffet breakfast. Can't think of staying anywhere else when we return to Vancouver. more

This is a gem of a hotel. The staff are ultra friendly and helpful and the rooms are quiet (even those overlooking the street). Very comfortable rooms. Nice big bath, big enough for 2! What a lovely little hotel. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious, spotless and very quiet. Free use of intenet - or if you didn't have own computer . free use of the business centre downstairs. Complimentary mineral water was a nice touch. Very central location - walk to everything.
