A wonderful place to stay in the down town area, went to my first NHL game in Canada what an experience. The hotel staff was great at accommodating all of our needs and giving insight on things to do a places to go. I would highly recommend the St. Regis hotel in Vancouver.

Hotel's Favourite
I've stayed at the St. Regis twice now, and I will never stay anywhere else when I am in Vancouver. The luxury and charm of this hotel is on par with, if not surpassing, the global luxury chains. The character has remained intact through the years with a great attention to detail and maintaining period features when upgrading the décor. What's more, full breakfast is available each day which is a rarity these days. And it's really good! On my most recent visit, I was further surprised by an added amenity in my room: a Nespresso coffee machine. After a cold day exploring, it was great to warm up with a great cup of coffee! Another factor in deciding to stay at the St. Regis is its location. Most of downtown Vancouver is accessible on foot from the hotel, and rail and bus connections are only steps away. It makes for a great hub. Lastly, no matter how lovely a hotel is, I will not stay there again if I experience bad service. The St. Regis has some of the best service I have ever experienced as a hotel guest. They are professional, courteous, and going above and beyond seems to be the norm and not the exception.

Always excellent. We have stayed at St. Regis on .any occasions and enjoy every stay. The rooms are OK size, but location and service more than makes up for this. The team are always super efficient, but the real treasure here is the service attention to detail and friendliness always of the highest order. The inclusive breakfast is cooked fresh to order and tasty, served by friendly team. The food and drinks in the bar are both great and reasonably priced. We have yet to try the grill restaurant but we will do soon for sure. We love this hotel and it will always be number one choice in Vancouver.

At Regis hotel was a lovely time. Juan and Bret were lovely people. Everyone was super charismatic and attend to needs. Very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. Breakfast was nice and fresh. The restaurant next door was delicious and they have their own little bar and grill.

Lovely hotel with newly renovated rooms! Great location in center of downtown! Friendly staff! Gourmet breakfast included. St Regis bar has great food and drinks choices. Gotham Steakhouse is one of the best in town. My only choice when it comes to Vancouver.

I'm glad I chose to discount the few unfavorable reviews. The staff was, without exception, fantastic. The property was beautifully finished and very, very clean. Even the stairwells were immaculate and bright - with original abstract art at the top of each flight! The room itself was a bit smaller than I'm used to, but again, beautifully finished and well appointed. Breakfast was QUICK and tasty, with great coffee and terrific staff. The pub and patisserie were both delicious. Some street noise, but that's downtown Vancouver.

Thank-you very much for taking the time to share your experiences at the St. Regis Hotel. As an independent, locally owned hotel, guest reviews are one of the most important ways that travellers learn about us and we're told over and over again that reviews were the deciding factor when booking. We're very proud of our art collection and believe it contributes to the experience of the hotel, even if it's just in the passing moments using the stairs and hallways. Please don’t hesitate to contact me directly if you have any other comments about your stay. Thank-you for choosing the St. Regis Vancouver. We booked this hotel 3 times during our recent trip to Canada. Firstly for a couple of nights when we arrived, then for 1 night before our cruise and thirdly for a couple of nights post cruise. We booked on the basis of cost effectiveness, followed by the fact that it was a perfect location, close to the cruise terminal and the metro station for access to the airport. We also considered the free breakfast included in the booking. Check in on all three visits was excellent, I cannot fault the desk staff or the doorman who was happy to help with our massive cruise luggage. First 2 stays were in the same corner room on the first floor. The room was small but adequate with a decent bed, big TV a nice bathroom and 3 windows looking out on Dunsmuir Street. We arrived on a Saturday night and the pub down stairs was banging, luckily we were so tired that we slept through most of it. Second stay was a Wednesday and it was much quieter until rush hour kicked in and the traffic woke us. Third stay, we were on the same floor, but had a room overlooking Seymour Street. Again a nice room with good clean facilities but the street noise was worse because the windows didn't seem to shut properly. The free breakfast was a little disappointing. Just a couple of choices, not very warm and not very filling. It tasted OK, but you needed a mid morning snack to fill up before lunch. All in all a decent enough hotel for the price and I would stay again, but I would pack some ear plugs.

Thank-you very much for choosing the St. Regis Hotel and taking the time to share your feedback and comments. We're proud to offer the city's only inclusive a la carte breakfast service and are always looking for ways to improve this amenity for our guests. If you have any specific things you'd like us to change, please don't hesitate to contact us and let us know. We invite guests to ask for a room facing away from the street if they are sensitive to the downtown background noise and will always make every attempt to accommodate. Please don’t hesitate to contact me directly if you have any other comments about your stay you wish to share. We hope to see you again the next time you visit Vancouver. We went to Vancouver to attend a concert at Rogers Stadium. The location of the hotel was perfect - we could walk to the stadium and shopping easily. The door man and front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well designed and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The only thing I would have wanted was a bar fridge. The complementary breakfast was a lovely added bonus. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Vancouver.
