We loved our stay at the Coast Coal Harbor Hotel. Fantastic location across the harbor. There is an Urban Fair market place across the hotel. You are only 5-10 minutes away from Stanley Park. Great staff. We will definitely be back. More

I checked in to the beautiful Coast Coal Harbour Hotel six hours early today. I popped by the hotel hoping to just drop my bags off so I could tour around downtown Vancouver, and had no expectations to be able to check in so early. I was expecting a terse or grouchy response or having to over-explain myself (based on... More

During my week long trip to Vancouver I was impressed at the check-in when I was offered an upgrade for a room with a view. Considering the numerous buildings surrounding the Hotel I was impressed with the room 1414 which had a perfect view. I'm glad I chose to upgrade my room. This is a first class Hotel and the... More

Coast Coal Harbour Hotel is a great spot to stay right downtown Vancouver. It is far worth the money to get the premium room. A few of them even have 18th floor balconies. The hotel is perfectly located, it has great amenities and the staff are all very pleassnt. A good choice for the price. More

Stayed there as part of a pre booked (in the UK) package for two nights. Hotel very central,(two blocks from harbour) room very clean, very modern, air con, sat TV, two large beds, pillows absolute bliss, being so central one is so near the 7/11 shop (open 24 hrs?) and another very large supermarket one block away from harbour. Being... More

We stayed 4 nights at this property mid-May 2012. Very happy with everything! Our pleasantly decorated, modern room was a nice size, with comfortable bed, great floor to ceiling windows provided a view of beautiful waterfront. Bathroom, spotlessly clean and attractive, although not large. Front desk staff, extremely friendly and helpful. We ordered room service twice.... Food was delicious and... More

Great location near the sea wall, Stanley Park, and Canada Place. The rooms are very nice and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is a nice little market and breakfast cafe within a block and the restaurant at the hotel is quite nice as well. More

The location in West End is one block from the seawall and close to Canada Place (convention, cruises) as well as the majority of the downtown attractions including Stanley Park, Gastown, Robson Street and WestEnd, but yet far enough from the crowds for some peace and quiet. The skytrain terminus Waterfront at Canada Place is about a 10min walk away,... More

I love to stay at this boutique hotel for - the friendly welcome and attention, comfort, location. Some of the rooms may be small and the staff is always accomodating to my requests, if possible. And the restaurant downstairs is also a plus. More
