Although room was comfortable the whole place is rather tired and in need of a refurbishment. The catering is a bit of a joke. From an inedible dinner to a long wait to get a seat for breakfast and an even longer wait to get breakfast, this hotel needs some serious management attention on the catering side.

This hotel proved to be excellent value for money with a good sized room and facilities. I was somewhat daunted by the location - opposite motorway bridge out of downtown Vancouver - but as we were at the back of the hotel there was no noise.
