The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had an issue when checking in with the discovery of a bed bug and were immediately moved to another room and they were on the problem. Carpets and furniture were not clean and the bedding and towels, although clean were tired. The place could use a "do over." More

We stayed in May, 2011. Room was basic but had everything we needed. Check-in/out was smooth and friendly. Great location close to everything downtown, plus water taxis to Granville Market nearby. Pool was closed due to the chilly weather. Not fancy but decent accomodation. More
