my daughter and I stayed overnight,the rooms were clean and tidy,the beds were very comfortable.unfortunately the cusomer service needs improvement.We were helped by a grey haired lady at the front desk and she was very rude and ignorant.I think the young counter girl could teach her some manners.

stayed twice in march, was upgraded to large room, very clean, good staff, would stay again, prices a bit high but overall decent, ok breakfast downstairs. sometimes elevator has problems. tripadvisor needs to get rid of their 200 minimum characters.
