I stayed at here for a unplanned visit last year and was very pleased with everything about my stay. The front desk staff was very welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, even providing me with tooth paste because I forgot mine. The room was newly renovated, spotlessly clean and equipped with a flat-screen TV.... More

We have stayed here often over the years, before it became Travelodge & was known only as the Goldcap. Staff on desk very friendly & helpful. Free parking and lots of security cameras in parking area. Never had any problem. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, we find it pretty quiet both inside & from outside while in our room. They... We stayed here for one night and found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Request additional pillows from the front desk, and possibly another blanket, as the bedding is not the puffy, downy type that we're beginning to expect in most hotels. This hotel is right in the centre of downtown Prince George, within short walking distance of a... More

When I first arrived, the front desk clerk was extremely polite. She advised me where the mall was (wrong directions). When I went into the room #226 I immediately could smell a moldy odor. The lighting was horrible so I opened to curtains only to see the view the back alley. I then took a shower, when I returned to... More

Beds were very comfy and there were tons of towels, but noise came through the walls from outside and down the corridor. Was initially told breakfast would be available until 11 but at 9:45 the kitchen was being cleaned and staff told me it closed at 9:30. More

The hotel is understated from the outside, but don't let the looks put you off. Staff are friendly, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Didn't have time to try the breakfast so can't really comment on that aspect. Very good for a short stay in Prince George. More

We stayed for one night while travelling through on the train. A friendly welcome, room fine, and we enjoyed the included breakfast, especially the coffee machine. Ten minutes walk from the station - or a short cab ride. More

The folks at Travelodge provided us with excellent service, were friendly and very helpful. I would like to recognize several of their employees. The gal at the front desk (Brittany) is very customer focused. She is friendly, outgoing and very helpful. Two ladies from housekeeping went out of their way to assist us with getting a foamy for my grandson.... More
