Called into the Visitors Centre at Kamloops and this was one of the Hotels available. It was easy to find with free parking under the hotel. We stayed overnight as part of our trip from Banff to Vancouver on the Rocky Mountaineer. We noticed there has been criticism of the hotel but we were pleasantly surprised. It is well run, the staff are polite and engaging and the facilities of a high standard. The food was also hearty. A nice hotel in a nice town. More
