We stayed at this hotel with another couple so we had a chance to see 2 different rooms. We wanted ground floor rooms but were given an upgrade to 1-bedroom suites on the third floor. Our room had a lovely renovated bathroom with new glass shower but the original old fluorescent light, poorly painted wall and holes where a towel... More

The smells and odours of curried food welcomes you at the check in desk. The check in persons are polite and quick so there is no problem there. The rooms have been decorated by a "Wall Mart" expert to a substandard caliber to say the least. Tiles missing from the jaccuzi tub enclosure, light fixtures without cover (unsafe), mis-matched tiles... More

We stayed for 2 nights, the room was clean, bed was good, and staff were accomodating. We recieved good value for the cost. The facility is in need of minor upgrades but overall it's aplace we would stay at again. More

Room - air conditioner in both rooms failed within hours of our late arrival. placed smelled of wet dog, in a pet free suite. Old ratty decor (this room has not yet been renoed) and always my favorite it was OVER PRICED. and the continental breakie had only fruit loops left 1/2hr into the scheduled time... The kitchenette looked like... More

We sort of fell upon this hotel when we couldn't find another hotel in the area that was available. We were just passing through town and needed a place to stay for the night. We wanted a suite so the kids could go to bed early and this place fit the bill. The fact that it was less than half... More

While traveling back on business i ran into some bad luck with all other hotels sold out. I should have stayed in my car instead of spending money on this disgusting hotel. I should call the health board on this place. I even upgraded to room 214 jacuzzi suite. When i entered the room I noticed a horrible smell and... More

Room quality was decent and very clean. The modern textured wooden flooring and huge flatscreen LG TV in the room was a plus. Complimentary breakfast from 7:30 with a choice of cereal, toast, muffins & coffee was a nice touch. The room included a fridge, microwave, small electric stove and several pots and pans in the cupboards. The staff are... More

We stayed for a couple weeks while looking for permanent accommodation in Kamloops. The sign said "All rooms newly renovated"... our room had at least 20 year old carpet with cigarette burns in it. The room was a supposedly a kitchenette suite, however there were no pots or pans, only 2 of each utensil and dish, and the fire extinguisher,... More

We did a trip of the Rockey mountains and this was our first night stay. Upon check in the staff was very help in letting us know how to get back on the highway then next morning and telling us where all the good restaurants were. The hotel was just newly renovated and we had stayed in room 215 (... More
