I had to cancel my reservation several days in advance because my wife fell ill and when I received my CC statement the following month was greeted with a very unpleasant $130 charge...when I called to ask, they had no record of my cancellation!!! The website photos are definitely misleading because the hotel is much small and older than you would expect. It's basically a 4 level hotel in the shape of a box with a tiny central courtyard. We booked a package for our honeymoon though it wasnt the honeymoon suite but we got a lovely view of the lake and got passes for the spa and got our breakfsat in bed. Am surprised at all the bad reviews as we had no problems. more
