Sheraton is probably SPGs most inconsistent brand with wide variation between regions (asia vs NA) and even within cities (calgary eau claire vs the cavalier). the rooms here are newly renovated with the standard Sheraton style... so very nice. However bits are still missing.. elevator is in bad shape and the restaurant is just a greasy spoon. Staff is inconsistent.....
