We are a locally owned/operated hotel and do take all reviews seriously.
I will remind the front desk that they need to call guests upon checkin and also after moving a guest to a new room to make sure everything is satisfactory.

Was in Lethbridge to take a friend for an early morning appointment at the hospital. Front desk lady was very helpful in making sure we were up by at 6a.m. She had called a taxi , it was there by 6:15. Breakfast was very good . Room was a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Stayed here over night. The room was very small and the bed needed to be upgraded as did the night stands. It was a non smoking room but night stands have burn marks on them. Very much in need of reno's. Would not stay here again.

We are constantly improving our property here at the Travelodge Lethbridge.
In the last 2 months, we have started our free continental breakfast. Installed new hallway carpet. Repainted the corridors. New exterior paint and canopy. All 67 guest rooms now have a mini fridge and freezer. New lamps and new night stands!
We are currently is the process of re-wallpapering...

The entrance sign does say under new management. We had none of the problems mentioned in the other reviews. Actually found the room to be very nice, clean, comfortable and quite reasonable. Was on the main route - Denneys restaurant neaby.
Though a night club is on site, we had no problems with it.
We paid $59.95 ($65.35 with tax)...

This review was written quite some time ago. That being said, we are glad you had a satisfactory stay here at the (now) Travelodge Lethbridge.
The exterior has been recently re-painted and refinished (pictures soon to be available).
The night club, unfortunately, has been closed down for quite some time now (approx 5-6 years).
We have done many more improvements...
