Good value ski package, good service and large breakfast. Fairly generic hotel, meets expectations but nothing particularly interesting about it. Very heated in winter. Friendly staff. More

The hotel was perfect. A 10 min walk into the main town or cheap taxi ride. Hotel staff very friendly, like the rest of Jasper and food good. We booked half board through Cristalski which offered us a reduced menu (but still good) and enabled us to eat in sister hotels around the resort which worked out really well. Couldn't... More

You are always nervious trying out a new property for the first time, but found Mountain Parks Lodge's Chateau Jasper to be no risk at all. Very friendly front-desk service, convenient underground parking, tasty daily specials in the Silverwater Grill, immaculate big rooms, and great pool and jacuzzi. It was only a quick stroll to the Jasper downtown core, and... More

The Chateau was a gorgeous hotel, with classic fittings and decor. Staff were so friendly - especially in the restaurant. Breakfast was amazing and good value for money and they made sure we got quick service in order to catch our bus tour as well. The location is great - totally a lovely walk into town and views to the... More

We spent our weekend last November. The hotel looks old outside. but it looks nice inside. Over all experience was okay. I just wish front desk would be more knowledgeable. When ask about the things to do in Jasper during this time of the year, she just told us to grab one of those brochures. The room was nice and... More

Chateau Jasper is well located in a quiet area just 10 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of Jasper itself. It is also ideally located as a base for touring the area around Jasper. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean. The rooms were ok too. Breakfast was more than adequate and plentiful. All the staff were cheerful, friendly... More

Spent one night here as part of a tour in September. We had had a long day and were pleased with a speedy check-in. Had a standard room which was good and had plenty of room. We ate in the restaurant as having had a little walk around the immediate area found that with no car it was too far... More
