We had a two night stay here as part of a group. The hotel was not as good as I remembered it from a previous visit, but that was 7 years ago when I believe it was not part of the Mountain Park Lodge group. The room was ok, with an uninspiring view of the Lobstick Lodge next door. Everything... more

I recently decided to get away from the city for a couple days and I chose to spend those days in jasper. Reflecting back now, I see that it was a really good decision. I stayed at the Chateau Jasper and arrived later sunday afternoon. The front desk agent was really pleasant and gave me some great suggestions on things... more

Visited at a quiet time of the year. Hotel staff was very friendly and our room was spacious with 2 queen beds. Good location to walk to the shopping area. Hotel is a little dated but rooms were clean and well appointed. Restaurant service was very good and food was excellent. Booked through Kayak and got a great deal. more

On this tour we stayed at a number of hotels in Canada and I think that this was the most disappointing. The hotel was generally fine and the staff were friendly. The rooms were a little faded - the A/C made a lot of noise (being a stand alone unit fixed to the external wall) and so the choice was... more

This hotel has come under new management recently- and it shows. The lobby and restaurant are low-key but brand new. The elevator is ancient and loud. The check in process was quick and easy. They had underground parking but we didn't use it, we parked in the parking lot so we could see our car. About a 2 minute drive... more
