I am definately impressed with the location with the beautiful lake and scenery. Also a great opportunity to meet the local wildlife. Especially getting to see the local Elk late at night feeding on the grounds. Very nice hotel. Old fashhioned like the well appointed rooms but we had a wonderful balcony overlooking the beautiful lake. Great swimming pool and spa! For the price, I was expecting more (and I got a good discount). I'd only recommend this hotel if you get a good discount. I needed to park about 100 yards from my room (although I could unload and load right outside our room). more

Cobwebs on the ceilings, wood bed frames falling apart, stains on the carpets, mold in the bathrooms, stone floors in the main building unmopped for days or weeks?, musty odor everywhere in the rooms, breakfast in the basement, etc...
