The hotel is staffed unfortunately without any customer service at all. The rooms were really nice (floor 7) had opportunity to see floor three- wouldn't have stayed there, it was sketchy. The room was clean however, the other parts of the hotel and public areas were quite dirty.

The Coliseum Inn is located 10 minutes from the heart of Downtown Edmonton. The hotel is within walking distance of Northlands and is right across the street from Rexall Centre. An LRT Station is located at Rexall Centre (Coliseum Station) which is easily accessible from the hotel lobby. We are pleased to offer complimentary parking in our above-ground parkade to all guests. Wireless internet and local calls are also complimentary. The Coliseum Inn is also home to Flow Bar & Lounge and Whisky Rock Bar & Nightclub. We are pleased to announce we are in the process of renovating all of our public areas and guestrooms. We have completed renovations on the 5th, 6th and 7th floors. There is no construction occurring at this time - renovations will resume in the spring. Our 3rd floor rooms are available for smoking guests. All other rooms are non-smoking.
